Haryana HBSE D.Ed Result 2016 Declared | Check @ bseh.org.in & indiaresults.in – Haryana Board of Secondary Education also known as HBSE is the government authority which conducts the examinations for Public Secondary and Higher Secondary School and also academic and vocational examinations twice in a year .The Board was established in the year 1969 at Chandigarh which got shifted to Bhiwani in the year 1981.It also annually conducts the D.Ed (Diploma in Education) entrance examinations for Senior Secondary students.

Haryana Board D.Ed Result 2016 – Every year large number of students appears for this Haryana Board of School Education (HSBE), Bhiwani D.ED Examination. The board has come up with the results for IST, IInd, IIIrd and IVth Semester Exam results of D.ED on 26thApril 2016 on its official website www.bseh.org.in. Scholarship 2014-15 scam in bihar, schoosl in Patna, money in Nagpur bank

बिहार में एससी-एसटी और ओबीसी विद्यार्थियों की प्री-मैट्रिक छात्रवृत्ति में जमकर घोटाला हुआ है। इस घोटले में रोज नए-नए खुलासे हो रहे हैं। इन घोटालों में चौंकाने वाली बात यह सामने आई है कि स्कूल व बच्चे तो पटना जिले के हैं लेकिन बैंकों के ब्रांच नागपुर तक के मिले हैं।
इस घोटाले में अफसरों और बाबुओं ने छात्रवृत्ति की राशि की बंदरबांट करने के लिए न सिर्फ फर्जी स्कूल और गांवों को खड़ा किया, बल्कि जाली एकाउंट बना कर व्यक्तिगत खाते में भी पैसे डलवा लिए।

जिला कल्याण पदाधिकारी द्वारा राशि के हस्तांतरण के लिए बैंक को भेजी गई स्कूलों के खातों की सूची की पड़ताल में ये बात सामने आई है कि स्कूलों के खाते शिक्षा समिति के नाम से न होकर व्यक्तिगत हैं और अधिकतर खाते बताए गए स्थान के बैंक के नहीं हैं। छात्रवृत्ति की राशि विद्यालय शिक्षा समिति के खाते के बजाय गलत एकाउंट में डालकर व्यक्तिगत खाते में ट्रांसफर किया गया।
वित्तीय वर्ष 2014-15 का है मामला
पिछड़ा/ अति पिछड़ा वर्ग के कक्षा एक से 10 के छात्र-छात्राओं को छात्रवृत्ति बांटनी थी। इसके लिए जिला कल्याण पदाधिकारी ने आईडीबीआई बैंक को राशि उपलब्ध करायी थी। राशि का हस्तांतरण विद्यालय शिक्षा समिति और विद्यालय प्रबंधन समिति के खाते में आरटीजीएस-एनईएफटी के माध्यम से होना था।
48 लाख रुपए की हो चुकी है निकासी
वित्तीय वर्ष 2014-15 में करीब 48 लाख की छात्रवृत्ति राशि की निकासी की जा चुकी है। फिलहाल पता नहीं चल पाया है कि इसमें कितनी राशि सही लोगों के हाथ में गई और कितना फर्जी तरीके से निकाला गया है। अभी इसकी जांच की जा रही है। सूत्रों की मानें तो इस घोटाले में बड़े पैमाने पर जिला शिक्षा कार्यालय और जिला कल्याण शाखा के कर्मियों की मिलीभगत है।
एससी/एसटी कल्याण मंत्री ने कहा-
एससी/एसटी कल्याण मंत्री संतोष निराला ने इस मामले पर उप निदेशक से रिपोर्ट तलब की है। सभी जिलों से कम से कम 5-5 स्कूलों में छात्रवृत्ति बांटने के प्रमाण के साथ एक सप्ताह में रिपोर्ट मांगी है। एससी/एसटी कल्याण मंत्री संतोष निराला ने मंगलवार को कहा कि नये वित्तीय वर्ष से छात्रवृत्ति सीधे छात्रों के खाते में जाएगी।
डीएम ने की कार्रवाई
पटना जिले में छात्रवृत्ति वितरण में फर्जीवाड़ा का राज खुलने पर डीएम ने फौरन कार्रवाई की है। एक सहायक के विरुद्ध प्राथमिकी दर्ज कराई गई है। उन्होंने कहा कि शिक्षा विभाग से अनुसूचित जाति-जनजाति छात्रों की मिली सूची और विद्यालय के बैंक खाता संख्या के आधार पर उनका विभाग छात्रवृत्ति की राशि बांटता है। यह व्यवस्था लंबे समय से चल रही है। वितरण की जिम्मेवारी विद्यालय शिक्षा समिति और प्रधानाध्यापक की है।
