SRIJAN is a national level grass root implementation organization committed to work with poor and deprived sections of the society by promoting community based institutions and engaging them into various livelihoods activities with backward and forward linkages.
SRIJAN in partnership with BMGF (Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation) is looking for people to work in under UPSRLM.
The positions will be based at State level; District and Block level with extensive travelling to SRIJAN headquarter and project blocks/districts. We are looking for people who can work closely with the State Mission and Project teams.
SRIJAN is working in 62 blocks of U.P; out of which 46 blocks are partnership blocks where SRIJAN is working with Federations and Village Organizations for its strengthening. 16 blocks are intensive blocks where SRIJAN has put its own team of professionals in each block. Out of 16, 4 blocks fall in Bundelkhand region which will be developed as model blocks. SRIJAN will promote 16 Cluster Level Federations and livelihoods.
SRIJAN is looking for experience people with interest & passion of developing a sustainable institutional model, integrated with livelihood intervention benefiting 3,000 to 3,500 poor families under one Federation and developing 3 to 4 such federation in each Blocks. SRIJAN is looking to develop a model which can be replicated across the U.P. This is the opportunity for such passionate professional to join SRIJAN team.
